We are just 2 average gals who decided to see what would happen if we
took the time to BE STILL and LISTEN to what God had to say to us.
We had read the life story of George Muller, his dedication/faithfulness
in prayer and his answered prayers.  We wanted a life full of answered
prayers too!  We listened to and read books by Joyce Meyer.  We heard
her speak of God directing her path and we saw the abundant life that
she lived.  We wanted to be super naturally blessed by our Father too!
Not just financially but in every way possible.  We decided to dedicate to
God, a time of solitude and prayer every morning and see what would
happen.  And....God did answer prayers and He did direct us in many
ways.  He not only directed us in our individual lives but He directed
us in the plan he had for us together.  A plan which we did not know,
but He knew.  A GRAND, AWESOME, EXCITING PLAN that only He
could bring about through obedience, praying, listening, and acting.  If
stories filled with excitement and wonder interest you, and you would like
to see God's extraordinary power working in ordinary lives, then read on....

We believe in the power of God.  We believe, He works in our everyday lives
and changes the ordinary to extraordinary.  Our story, the story of two soul
sisters and the creation of  "It's All GOoD! It's All GOD!" is a story of God
working in two ordinary lives and bringing about the extraordinary.  Like most
stories, it begins with our meeting.
It all began in 2001, I had become very sick and thought I was dying(lierally),
that is when I met Christy.  She was part of God's team who nursed me back to
life, but that was just the beginning.
When we first met, it was one of the strangest, most bizarre experiences I have
ever encountered.  There are no words to describe it, other than a "KNOWING"
we were going to be very, very close friends.  After our first meeting, I left her
office and felt compelled to proclaim to my family and friends, "I just met a new
gal, who is going to be a really, really good friend of mine." It sounds corny, and
IT WAS!  I felt goofy talking about my NEW FRIEND, as if I had just started 1st
grade.  Next I told my best friend, "If I could pick a sister, it would be Christy."
Soon after, I introduced her to my Dad.  Christy's Dad had died 2 weeks after I
met her and my heart wanted so badly to heal her pain.  I can still picture the
day I brought Christy out of her office to the parking lot where my Dad was
watching my 3 young children.  I introduced her to him, presenting him as some
kind of gift, a substitute Dad, if you will.  Internally, I felt like saying, "Here! Here
is my Dad!  I know he is not your Daddy, but he is a REALLY, GOOD Dad, none
the less."  Of course, I did not say that to her, but that is how I felt.
OUR STORY
Looking back now, we realize the Holy Spirit was preparing us for what was to
come. Years later, Christy told me she also had a sense of KNOWING we were
going to be special friends when we met.
Time passed and life got busy.  We remained friends but more like
acquaintances for almost 2 years.  I thought my internal radar was off, and that I
had misinterpreted my feelings when I met her.  However, even though we could
not see it , God moving.
In the winter of 2003, I had a follow up appointment with Christy.  At that visit,
she said she needed help installing her water purifier and I offered my Dad and
/or brother's handyman services.  My Dad and brother were generous and I
knew they would be willing to help her.  Every other time I can recall, it has been
my Dad who helped my friends, but God had a different plan.  So for some
reason, that would be God, my brother contacted Christy and went over to
install her water purifier.  Well, that was that!  Two years later they were married
and now she is my sister.  And my Dad is her Dad!  But the story is better than
boy meets girl, boy gets girl.  This boy, my brother, was 38 year old when he
met Christy.  He had lived at home with my parents until he was 37, because he
was plagued with severe anxiety.  I did not think there was a woman on this
earth who could reach his should and bring peace to his life.
But, once again, God had other plans.  Christy's love for God and her love for
my brother won the battle.  My prayers for my brother's peace had been
answered.  My brother is always smiling now, which is something we wondered if
we would ever see again.  THANK YOU, GOD!
And yet the story gets even better!  Only God can take something so
AWESOME, and create something even BETTER!
God's Spirit had foretold Christy and I, that fateful day in 2001, when we met.
Our Spirits KNEW, even when we didn't, that something AWESOME was about
to happen!  We are  now Sisters-In-Law, or as my Dad calls us, SOUL
SISTERS!  Either way we are definitely, SISTERS-IN-HEART.  So I get to spend
all the holidays and summers (not to mention weekdays and weekends) with my
best friend!  And our children are not just cousins, but best friends!  God is so
GOoD!  And yet, God continues to work in our lives.  For the past 2 years, the
Spirit has been stirring in both of our hearts.  We could see a business, not
clear at first, but slowly God revealed His plan to us.  We were both confident of
the name.   First it was "It's All Good!"  Then as time passed we knew it was, "It's
All GOoD!  It's All GOD!"  Because GOD is GOoD! and HE is in everything!

In the fall of 2003, on the exact same day, we were both led to be more aware
of the fact that God is everywhere, and He is speaking to us through His
creation.  I was at my Grandpa's lake cabin and woke up with this revelation to
take pictures of creation to show the world that He is everywhere.  The same
day, Christy was cleaning her house and saw a beautiful picture of a flower and
got the same revelation.  I called her to get my camera, which was at her house,
and told her why I needed it!  She was taken back as she told me that she got
the same revelation; God's messages are all around us.  That was the first of
so many messages we have received on the same day.
So I began taking pictures.  You would not believe the glory He has shown me.
I had so many AWESOME pictures that we were ready to jump into some kind of
greeting card business, but when we stepped out and tried to make a plan,
nothing really happened.  There was no energy in it.  It was all our effort not
God's, so we prayed and waited, and prayed and waited, while I took more
pictures.
Then in July 2005, I was checking my email and an advertisement popped up to
get a domain name for $5.00 a month.  I was not even sure what a domain
name was but I felt
compelled to check it out.  "Oh!  a website name!  Huh?"  I thought I should see
if I could get www.itsallgood.com but that was taken, however,
www.itsallgooditsallGOD.com was available.  WOW!  Now we had a website.  We
didn't know what to do with it, but we had a name.  The following month, we went
back to the lake cabin to have a day of prayer and spend some quality time with
God.  Well, that was that!  That weekend, we saw God's vision.  We could see
the logo, the rainbow  and the cute little stick figures.  We could see t-shirts,
sweat shirts, hats, bumper stickers, etc...  We could see it all!  How to do it?
That, we did not know, but we knew God knew! And we knew we did not need to
worry about it,  because if He wanted it to happen, it would!
The next two weeks were quite a whirlwind.  We had created a sketch of the
logo and were looking for an artist to design it.  We wanted a Christian artist
who could share our vision. I was confident that I had NO ARTISTIC skills
whatsoever, so we prayed!  We set up a meeting with a member of our church
staff, who I thought looked artistic, to see if she may be the one we were looking
for.  The day we were to meet with her,  Christy called me and said, "I can
draw."  "What?" I said.  "I can draw.  I can do it," she replied.  She just never
really thought it was going to be her, but felt a nudging to step up to the plate.
She did!  We still went to our meeting to discuss the business idea, but not
looking for an artist, since we had already found one...Christy!
The next week our heads were inundated with pictures/images and designs.
Pictures coinciding with the many lessons we had learned over the years.  The
designs were coming fast and furious to both of us.  We were both drawing the
sketches we saw in our heads and soon we had more than we knew what to do
with.
What was our next step?  PRAY!  So we prayed for a graphic designer and a
web designer.  During her prayer time, Christy felt led to "Ask Bob."  He was
one of her clients.  She knew he worked at Boeing, but when she contacted
him, she found out he was a GRAPHIC DESIGNER on the side.  And a
Christian!  God had also placed in his heart to design Christian cards, so he
was eager to meet with us.  We met with Bob and he loved our ideas and
sketches.  We thought we had the answer to our prayer, so Bob started taking
our sketches and designing them on the computer.  Even though the
computerized designs were cute, we both felt something wasn't right (or was
missing).  On the same day that Christy was planning to call Bob and tell him
that we felt we needed to draw the designs ourselves, Bob called Christy.  He
said, "I think you two are suppose to learn how to do this, and I will show you
how."
